The Association, led by a Board of Directors, provides an opportunity for all homeowners to be a part of the Community. The Board of Directors is responsible for coordinating several Committees within the Homeowner's Association including the Architectural Control Committee, Recreation, Pool, Publications, Safety and Maintenance. The Board of Directors is also responsible for preparing and reviewing the fiscal budget for the Neighborhood. FirstService Residential, a professional management company, oversees the day-to-day operations of the Community. One function of the Management Company is to report to the Board any properties that are not in compliance with the current Deed Restrictions.
